Minister Necalli is dead. While not everyone in the city mourns his loss, there is no denying that his long years of service left an impression on most citizens— for better or worse— and his assassination breeds stirrings of anger and shock throughout the city.
Silatuyok is an apprentice no longer, stepping up to fill her predecessor's shoes sooner than anticipated. With the assassin still at large, the tension in the Ministries slowly spills into the streets of Sybal Heim.
